The Catalysts for Community (C4C) program is a capacity building pilot program designed to create a pipeline of trained grant professionals and future nonprofit leaders, while simultaneously increasing the capacity of small nonprofits to apply for and manage grant awards. With this model, we address both nonprofit capacity needs and entry level employment experience needs for students entering the fundraising workforce.

The C4C program provides funding for a paid student intern for four (4) nonprofits located in Northwest Arkansas. The nonprofits and student interns receive tailored grant/fundraising training and a skilled Grant Professionals Association mentor over the course of the 9-month academic year.

The application process for the pilot program in 2023 - 2024 is now closed. Please subscribe to our newsletter and follow our social media to stay up to date with this project.
